Why do we ask for your email address?
We ask for your email for two reasons. The first reason is to send you the $750 coupon. The second reason is to send you more information about the apartments (including a video tour)

How big is the apartment?
All of our apartments are exactly the same - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and around 900 square feet.

Do we have 1 or 3 bedrooms?
All we have are 2 bedroom apartment.

How much is the rent?
The rent is $1000 per month

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $750 - but if you give me your email I'll send you a coupon that saves you $750 when you move in.

How much is the app fee?
The app fee is $35 if you're single and $50 for a couple.

Do you allow pets?
To keep the apartments safe and quiet, we do not allow pets - no matter how big or small.

How do you make an appointment?
When you sign up I'll email you my personal mobile number so you can call me when you're ready to see the apartment.

What should you bring for your appointment?
When you come bring your paystubs, drivers license, and app fee in cash to speed up your application.

What if you have a foreclosure?
We don't check your credit so that doesn't matter.

How much do you need to make to be approved?
Your household combined income needs to be at least $3,000

Who we don't want
If you have had any evictions or don't have an income we're not the apartments for you. We only want good hard working people who appreciate having a comfortable quiet place to live.

Starting December 1st rent will be $800 per month
